Rose-Mai fut trouvée dehors par un bon samaritain. Lors de son arrivé au refuge ses griffes étaient tellement longues que l'une d'elles s'était plantée dans un coussinet qui s'infecta et lui causa de la difficulté à marcher.  Elle a des doigts supplémentaire aux 4 pattes et ceux d'en avant doivent être vérifiés régulièrement afin de garder ses griffes courtes.

Rose-Mai est une petite chatte très affectueuse qui aime beaucoup être proche des humains et ce coucher sur eux. Un simple regard et elle commence à ronronner. Comme tout bonne écailles-de-tortue elle a son caractère: elle n'aime pas se faire toucher les pattes et le ventre.


Rose-Mai was found outside by a kind person. When she arrived at the shelter her claws were so long that one of them was stuck in her paw pad, which caused some infection and also made it difficult for her to walk. She has extra toes on all 4 paws (a Hemingway cat) and moreover they have to be checked regularly to clip the nails.

Rose-Mai is a very affectionate cat who loves to be near humans and also to sleep on them. Just one look and she starts to purr. She does have the tortie attitude though : she hates having her paws and her tummy touched, and she lets you know it.
